During a working visit to Polotsk district, Anatoly Linevich, together with the Chairman of the Polotsk District Executive Committee Igor Markovichem, also visited the "Vesna-energo" branch, where they familiarized themselves with the progress of fodder harvesting and the situation in animal husbandry. At the end of the trip, a meeting was held with the pupils and staff of the Polotsk District Center for Children and Youth.

At a site in microdistrict No. 7 of the Aeroport residential area, employees of OAO "Stroitelno-montazhny trest №16, g. Novopolotsk" are carrying out the construction of three multi-apartment panel houses. As reported by the General Director of the enterprise Yakov Starodubov, a site is being prepared for the foundation of another house. "The work is proceeding according to schedule, even slightly ahead of schedule," noted Yakov Alexandrovich. "On average, we build three floors per month. In parallel, the installation of engineering networks in apartments on the lower floors is underway, so that we can commission the facility within optimal deadlines."

The First Deputy Chairman of the Polotsk District Executive Committee, Sergey Leychenko, in turn, explained that the primary housing market in Polotsk district is saturated with offers. "The queue for large families is practically closed: everyone has been given the opportunity to participate in construction," informed Sergey Dmitrievich. "In 2020, 354 families improved their housing conditions, including 232 large families. In 5 months of the current year, 6092 sq.m. of individual housing and over 4500 sq.m. of multi-apartment housing have been commissioned."

While visiting the site, the President's Aide-Inspector for the Vitebsk region, Anatoly Linevich, drew the attention of the construction company's management to the search for prospects for further development and the development of a new concept for residential construction to maximize the attraction of potential clients.
