Assistant to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Anatoly Linevich held a reception of citizens in Glubokoye

It was possible to contact a high-ranking official remotely by calling the "hotline" and in person at the district executive committee. 6 people took advantage of this opportunity.

Telephone calls predominated at the reception. The first caller from Glubokoye, on behalf of the residents of several streets, thanked Anatoly Linevich for the improvement of sidewalks, the installation of a bus stop pavilion, and asked to make it even more comfortable by installing side walls.

The resolution of the issue does not require significant investment, so the request was immediately approved.

The following calls required a detailed study of the situation. A resident of a rural settlement complained about illegal dismissal from an educational institution. And a resident of Glubokoye disagreed with the refund of subsidies for interest payments on a loan. The issues of both applicants will be studied, and answers will be provided.

Among those who applied to the President's aide was a resident of Vitebsk. She asked for assistance in exempting her from paying tax on income received from abroad. Anatoly Konstantinovich promised to sort out the situation within the framework of current legislation and give her a written answer.

Two people attended the personal reception. A resident of the district center disagreed with the cost of privatizing an apartment. Her appeal will be studied by specialists. And a resident of Podsvilje left with a positive answer: the bathhouse in the settlement will be repaired.

The reception ended with another pleasant moment. Tatyana Bortnik, a resident of the village of Matyukovo, came with a bouquet of flowers on behalf of the villagers to thank Anatoly Linevich for his assistance in repairing the road through the village.

– The reception of citizens for representatives of authorities of any level is a vital necessity, – said the President’s Aide, summing up. – For officials, this is a great opportunity to learn what concerns people here and now. This is mutually beneficial cooperation. People talk about what concerns them. From today’s reception, it is felt that the applicants are satisfied with the answers received, that some are concerned not only with personal problems but also with what is happening in the district, affecting the interests of many. This is important.

After the reception of citizens, Anatoly Linevich met with the personnel reserve and visited work collectives.
