About 100 participants gathered for the final stage of the regional forum for young specialists in Orsha

Representatives of Orsha, Dubrovno, Tolochin districts, as well as Vitebsk and Novopolotsk, who arrived at their first jobs this year, visited interactive platforms of secondary vocational educational institutions of the Orsha district, and learned about the opportunities and experience of training young personnel.

Young men and women will visit the Orsha machine-tool plant "Krasny Borets", the tool plant, and the flax mill. The forum program also includes the youth intensive "Success Case" and the training "Creating a Personal Brand of a Young Specialist". Participants will be shared with the secrets of a successful leader and examples of implementing youth initiatives.

The final stage will be a dialogue platform, which will be attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexey Geroev, the Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee Igor Moroz, the Deputy Head of the Main Department – Head of the Department of Ideological Work, Youth Affairs, Religions and Nationalities of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Khrol.

– The main goal of such events is to help young specialists adapt to their first jobs, – noted Vyacheslav Khrol. – The first stage of the forum was held in Verkhnedvinsk, the second in Lepel, and now here, in Orsha, is the final stage. Young people communicate, share problems and the little experience they have gained in their first jobs. They are told about the comprehensive support for young specialists from the state, they learn how to realize themselves as much as possible in public activities and become successful in their work collectives, grow professionally, and achieve goals. Using the examples of young leaders of the region and the district, forum participants will see how much can be achieved by making efforts, showing initiative, and having an active life position.
