After modernization at the Orsha Flax Mill, working conditions have significantly improved - Leonid Anfimov

После модернизации на Оршанском льнокомбинате значительно улучшились условия труда - Леонид Анфимов
Working conditions at the Orsha Linen Mill have significantly improved. This was noted by the Chairman of the Committee of State Control, Leonid Anfimov, in his conversation with journalists after visiting the Orsha Linen Mill.

"What it was like before the modernization began and what we see now are worlds apart. Both the technological and technical condition of the enterprise have significantly changed for the better. There is something to see and be proud of here. I don't think there are similar enterprises in the post-Soviet space. The most important thing is that the working conditions have changed here. Now it is important that the financial and economic condition corresponds to the technical and technological level of the mill," said Leonid Anfimov.

At the same time, he noted that there are still many unresolved problems that hinder effective work. "First of all, this is related to the supply of flax fiber by our factories. Unfortunately, the President's directive to provide the enterprise with the necessary amount of raw materials is not yet being fulfilled. Currently, the existing deficit, especially for long fiber, has to be covered by import purchases. This is completely unacceptable. What we can do ourselves should not be bought through imports at a high cost," the head of the control department is convinced.

Leonid Anfimov visited Senno, Vitebsk region, where he took part in a meeting of the district executive committee and held a personal reception of citizens. In addition, he familiarized himself with the progress of the modernization of RUPTP "Orsha Linen Mill".
