After a fire in a Vitebsk communal apartment, the body of a man beaten with a hammer was found

The body of a 64-year-old man was found in a room of a communal apartment in Vitebsk after a fire was extinguished. He had been beaten with a hammer, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus.

According to the preliminary conclusion of forensic medical experts, the man's death was caused by a head injury.

The police suspect his neighbor of murdering the pensioner. According to the preliminary version, she beat her neighbor during an argument. The woman has been detained.
