The Embassy of Poland in Belarus is changing the rules for submitting visa applications from December 1. Henceforth, the acceptance and processing of visa applications of citizens of the Republic of Belarus by Polish consular institutions in Belarus will be carried out without restrictions related to the division of the territory of Belarus into consular districts.
This means that visa applications will now be submitted without being tied to registration, i.e., a resident of Brest will be able to apply in Minsk, and a resident of Minsk, for example, in Grodno. This decision was likely made in order to relieve the workload of individual Polish consulates in Belarus.
From October 1, the diplomatic mission of Poland in Belarus began accepting applications for two-year tourist visas for citizens of the Republic of Belarus.
