Consumers and experts in the "Control Purchase" program chose Vitebsk dairy products

Russian consumers and experts preferred the products of Vitebsk dairy processors.

In the program "Control Purchase," which was broadcast by Russia's "Channel One" on September 23, they determined which 3.2% fat kefir is tastier and healthier. Vitebsk OJSC "Moloko" competed with well-known brands from the neighboring country. People's tasters and professionals studied kefir from six manufacturers. As a result, the Belarusian fermented milk drink was recognized as the best in terms of both taste and microbiological indicators.

According to I. Fokina, an expert from the testing center, all participants in this "Control Purchase" passed the safety test. However, the advantage of the product from the Pri dvina region was undeniable: the kefir under the brand name "Viciebskaje malako" contains the highest amount of lactic acid microorganisms. Such a product will be the most beneficial.

By the way, the products of OJSC "Moloko" are featured in the program "Control Purchase" for the second time. Previously, Vitebsk ryazhenka was tasted here, which also led with a clear advantage.
