I cordially congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus!
This is a holiday for everyone who is proud of their country, honors its history, and contributes daily to the prosperity of their native land through labor and talent. The Basic Law of our state has opened a new page in the development of sovereign Belarus. Together, we are building a state governed by the rule of law, whose Constitution enshrines the fundamental principles of democracy - the separation of powers and the supremacy of law.
The Constitution of the Republic of Belarus clearly defines the priorities of national development, ensures order and security in the country, and serves as the legal basis for the formation of a multi-layered economy.
The socio-economic policy of our state is aimed at improving people's quality of life. The potential of the Pridvinye region is enormous, and we have reserves for further economic, social, and cultural development. By showing initiative, professionalism, and purposefulness, we together grow grain, modernize production, improve cities and villages, and strengthen the defense capability of the Motherland for the sake of a stable present and a happy future.
I am convinced that the well-being of the Fatherland largely depends on the ability to work, fulfill one's duties to the state, and find new solutions to everyday tasks.
The residents of the Vitebsk region are patriots of their country, and today our good deeds multiply the glory of our native land.
