I congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus!
Twenty-one years ago, the Basic Law of our country opened a new chapter in the development of sovereign Belarus, laid the foundation for strengthening the democratic foundations of society, preserving the spiritual values of the nation, and ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.
The Constitution of the Republic of Belarus has concentrated the rich historical experience of previous generations, enshrined the political principles of the state, and clearly defined the priorities of national development. A legal framework has been created for the improvement of state life, the preservation of stability, justice, and harmony in society.
The potential of the Vitebsk region is enormous. In difficult economic conditions, the tasks of efficiency and modernization of production are being solved. The creative energy of working people is the main resource for social development, increasing the level of spiritual and material well-being.
The future of the Fatherland is determined by our ability to work effectively, show thrift and initiative, and be patriots of our Motherland. Our civic duty is to respect the Constitution, strictly follow its provisions, and increase the legal culture of society.
