The Constitution of the Republic of Belarus has concentrated the rich historical experience of previous generations, enshrined the legal, political, and ideological principles of the state, and clearly defined the priorities of national development.
This holiday fills the heart with pride for the country, defines the legal basis of our lives, and aims at carrying out successful socio-economic and socio-political transformations.
The Vitebsk region is meeting Constitution Day with effective work. The potential of the Dvina region is enormous. Today, as the tasks of economic growth, production efficiency, and the implementation of innovative policies are being addressed, the intellectual energy and creative power of working people become the main resource for social development, and the improvement of spiritual and material well-being.
