Dear women!

I wholeheartedly congratulate you on Mother's Day!

This bright holiday serves as a reminder of the crucial role of a mother in family and upbringing. A woman who has given life, taught wisdom, and blessed with good deeds and endeavors deserves sincere gratitude, love, and respect.

Large, close-knit families where healthy children grow up are the foundation of the state's stability. By supporting motherhood, the government counts on enhancing the role and responsibility of parents in raising children, and preserving harmony and mutual understanding in family relationships. The personal example of the mother and father comes to the forefront. After all, it is parents, and primarily mothers, who lay the moral foundations of a future citizen, shaping a child's understanding of good, truth, and justice.

There are 6349 large families living in the Pridvinye region. It is gratifying when traditional Belarusian values take root in such families, a healthy lifestyle is cultivated, and love and care prevail.

We have achieved positive changes in the development of family-based childcare for children left without parental care. Currently, 1211 children are being raised in 800 foster families in the Vitebsk region.

A mother's labor is recognized with high state awards. 598 of our fellow countrywomen have been awarded the Order of Mother. To enhance the prestige of motherhood and strengthen the institution of the family and its moral foundations, 347 women in the region have been awarded the prize named after Hero of the Soviet Union Zinaida Tusnolobova-Marchenko.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish you, dear mothers, a long and happy life surrounded by loved ones. May your children justify your hopes, delight you with their achievements, and give you care and attention. I wish you strong health, harmony, well-being, and prosperity in your homes, happiness, and love!
