This festive date in the republic's calendar is an important milestone on the path to our state's independence, a sign of respect for the labor and feat of fathers and grandfathers, a connecting thread of generational continuity.

The October Revolution became a truly historic event, proclaiming freedom from exploitation, oppression, and disenfranchisement. Together with the country, the residents of Vitebsk region built a state open to friends and cooperation, multiplied material and spiritual wealth through selfless labor, defended freedom in the brutal and bloody Great Patriotic War, restored the national economy, and improved cities and villages.

Currently, the Republic of Belarus, as a sovereign state, is dynamically developing in new historical conditions. Thanks to political stability and the consistent implementation of economic, social, and cultural programs, we look to the future with confidence.

November 7 is traditionally a holiday of new buildings and labor gifts. In the Dvina region, industrial, agricultural, and social facilities are being commissioned, residential areas are growing, and new production facilities are opening. This is a good sign that the region is successfully developing thanks to your conscientious work.
