Implementing the modern state policy in the educational sphere, educators of the region ensure a high-quality educational process. Thousands of graduates from schools, lyceums, colleges, and universities annually join various sectors of the region's national economy, bringing with them high intellect, knowledge, and innovative energy.

Today, the educational process should be structured in such a way that graduates possess skills in innovative technologies, with a formed holistic worldview based on citizenship and patriotism.
