People working the land are the pride of the Pridvinye region. Thanks to the strenuous work of farm managers, specialists, machine operators, livestock breeders, and workers of processing enterprises, the food security of the region and the country is ensured.
This year, a good harvest of grain, potatoes, and flax has been gathered, vegetables are abundant, sufficient feed for livestock has been prepared, and a stable raw material base for the processing industry is being provided.
In modern conditions, the further development of the region is impossible without the effective operation of the agro-industrial complex. The course taken by Vitebsk region towards intensive farming, the introduction of high-yield varieties, adherence to modern technologies, steady increase in milk and meat production volumes, and expansion of export sales contribute to the transition of agricultural organizations to a new level of development. The priorities of agrarians are determined by the creation of large-scale production for the output of competitive products.
