We congratulate you on the Day of the October Revolution!
At all times, the main strength of our people has been unity, patriotism, and civic consciousness. It was these qualities that determined the outcome of the events of 1917. The main achievements of that era were free education and healthcare, the elimination of class privileges, freedom of conscience, and equal civil rights for men and women.
The aspiration for peace, solidarity, and responsibility for the fate of the Fatherland remain our genetic code. Adopting the best from the Soviet era, the Vitebsk region multiplies this heritage and contributes to strengthening Belarusian statehood. Caring for people is the main priority of all actions and aspirations. Today, our efforts are aimed at consolidating positive trends in the economy and social sphere, and improving the quality of life of the region's population.
Dear compatriots! May the selflessness of our ancestors be an example in the careful attitude towards historical memory, based on creative achievements and national unity in the name of the Fatherland!
