On September 1, this year, 113,000 children in the Vitebsk region will enter school classrooms, with over 12,000 being first-graders. Doors to the world of knowledge will open for them. This holiday is also important for parents, who are the main allies of the school in raising the younger generation.

Great attention is paid to the development of the education system in the Vitebsk region. We are proud of the achievements of students in republican and international Olympiads and competitions, and the creative achievements of educators and youth.

Our goal is to provide quality education for everyone, to form a correct civic position, moral and ethical values, and to develop the abilities and talents of young people. Higher education institutions and vocational training institutions make a significant contribution to the development of the economy.

The future of the state lies in a developed economy, which can be built by creatively thinking, highly educated, self-confident, independent individuals.
