Mother's Day Greeting

Dear Women!

I sincerely congratulate you on Mother's Day!

This bright and joyful holiday reminds us of the invaluable role of a mother in the family. A woman who gives life, raises, inspires to good deeds and undertakings, teaches to be patient and wise deserves words of sincere gratitude, love, and respect. Everything we have is thanks to our mothers! Her lessons remain the most important on life's path, and a mother's love is a reliable protection.

There are 6715 large families living in the Pridvinye region. Large, friendly families are the key to the strength and success of the state. It is wonderful when traditional values take root in them, a healthy lifestyle is cultivated, and love and care reside.

Family forms of raising children left without parental care are developing. Currently, 1156 children are being raised in 760 foster families in the Vitebsk region.

A mother's labor is recognized with high state awards. The most important is the Order of Mother, awarded to those who have given birth to and raised five or more children. 623 women in the Vitebsk region have been honored with this high award.

In order to enhance the prestige of motherhood and strengthen the institution of the family, and to promote experience in child-rearing, 372 women of the Pridvinye region have been awarded the prize of the regional executive committee named after Hero of the Soviet Union Zinaida Mikhailovna Tusnolobova-Marchenko.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish you, dear mothers, a long and happy life surrounded by loved ones. May your children justify your hopes, delight you with their achievements, and give you care and attention. I wish you strong health, harmony, well-being, and prosperity in your home, happiness, and love!
