Congratulations on the Day of the October Revolution!

This festive date in the republic's calendar is an important milestone on the path to our state's independence, a sign of respect for the labor and feat of previous generations.

The right of nations to self-determination proclaimed by the Soviet government became the foundation on which we built our sovereign Fatherland - the Republic of Belarus. The achievements that Belarus is proud of today: strong people's power, based on the system of Soviets of People's Deputies at all levels, a socially oriented economy, highly developed education, science, and culture - are largely based on the potential accumulated in the BSSR.

Vitebsk region is dynamically developing in the new historical conditions. The consistent implementation of economic, social, and cultural programs allows us to look to the future with confidence. Thanks to your conscientious work, the wealth of our native land is increasing.

By good tradition, November 7 is celebrated with labor gifts. This year, industrial and social facilities, new residential buildings are being commissioned in the regions of the oblast, and commemorative signs are being solemnly opened.
