After the official part of the holiday (at 11:00 AM), a concert featuring creative groups and performers from the Vitebsk region will begin on Victory Square. At 11:00 PM, the "Let's Sing the Anthem Together" event will take place on the central square of the city, concluding with a festive fireworks display.
