The enterprise "Vitstroytehmash" has opened a service center in Moscow

The enterprise "Vitstroytekhmash" has opened a service center for its truck-mounted aerial platforms in Moscow, the director of "Vitstroytekhmash" Andrey Sidorov told a BELTA correspondent. This year, the enterprise also opened two branches in Minsk and Gomel. The opening of the service center and branches is part of the enterprise's marketing strategy, which was the first in Belarus to develop and launch serial production of truck-mounted aerial platforms made of high-strength structural steel. The technical characteristics of the boom-type aerial platform, capable of lifting workers and tools with materials to a height of almost 20 m, are not inferior to foreign counterparts, and thanks to the use of high-strength steels, its metal consumption is 40% lower than that of competitors, while the load-bearing characteristics remain the same. The lifting mechanism is controlled by an electro-hydraulic console. The Vitebsk platform is half the price. Br1.5 billion has been allocated for the project implementation this year. Investments in the entire project, which is planned for implementation until 2014, will exceed Br4.5 billion. The project provides for the creation of 100 jobs. Tax revenues to the local budget for 2010-2013, according to preliminary estimates, will exceed Br8.5 billion. Demand for the new product is stable. Five truck-mounted aerial platforms are produced and immediately sold monthly, and with the commissioning of a new workshop in December this year, the monthly production volume will double. According to Andrey Sidorov, Russian energy companies have shown interest in purchasing these platforms. The private production and trade unitary enterprise "Vitstroytekhmash" was established in 2004. The enterprise specializes in the technical maintenance and repair of all types of truck-mounted aerial platforms and lifts, the manufacture of critical metal structures and components, and the production of construction equipment. Based on the results of work for 10 months of this year, the production volume growth rate was 160%, and the product profitability reached 30%. This year, the enterprise has created 28 jobs, the average salary exceeds $450 in equivalent, and for highly qualified workers - more than $500 in equivalent. -0-
