Enterprises with foreign investments in the Vitebsk region increased payments to the budget by almost 2 times

May 27, Vitebsk / Sergey Kochetov - BELTA /. Enterprises with foreign investments registered in the Vitebsk region paid taxes and duties in the amount of about Br45.8 billion in January-April, which in comparable prices is almost twice the payments for the same period last year. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the press service of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties Inspectorate for the Vitebsk region. As of May 1, 214 enterprises with foreign investments operate in the region. Their number has increased by almost 10% over the year. The share of receipts from such taxpayers in the total budget revenues is about 4.2% and has increased by more than 2 percentage points compared to the same period last year. Also, this year there is an increase in budget payments from foreign legal entities. For 4 months, almost Br1.8 billion was received from such taxpayers to the budget, which is 12.5% more than in the same period of 2009. In total, in January-April, almost Br1.1 trillion in revenues was received into the consolidated budget of the region. About Br513.5 billion was attracted to the republican budget, and more than Br584 billion to the local one. In the structure of revenues, the share of excise taxes in the total amount of receipts is 33.1%, value added tax - 16.3%, income tax - 13.1%, profit tax - 8.5%. Almost 16 thousand enterprises and organizations, about 29.5 thousand individual entrepreneurs, and over 411.5 thousand individuals participate in the formation of the revenue part of the budget. -0-
