Enterprises of the Vitebsk region received permits for the export of 196 types of dairy products to Russia

All seven dairy processing enterprises-exporters of the Vitebsk region have reissued documents in accordance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor, the Deputy General Director for Production of the Vitebsk Meat and Dairy Products Concern, Elena Lifar, told a BELTA correspondent. Sample testing was carried out by laboratories in Pskov and Smolensk certified by Rospotrebnadzor. 142 sanitary and epidemiological conclusions were obtained in accordance with the new technological regulations for milk and dairy products (No. 88-FZ). In addition, processors received 140 certificates of conformity. Thus, 196 types of products from Vitebsk manufacturers have the necessary documents and can be exported to the Russian Federation. As Elena Lifar noted, the region's dairy processing enterprises operate without disruptions in the Russian market, supplying butter, cheeses, whole milk products, and condensed milk. -0-
