Enterprises of the Vitebsk region reduced warehouse stocks by Br53.4 billion in July.

Warehouse stocks of enterprises in the Vitebsk region as of August 1 decreased by Br53.4 billion, or by 8%, compared to July 1, reported to BELTA correspondent Zhanna Sharando, Deputy Head of the Industry Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Economics Committee. Joint-stock companies "Dolomit", "Keramika", and the Orsha machine-tool plant "Krasny Borets" have intensified the work of their marketing services. Over the month, Obol ceramic plant reduced its stocks of building bricks from Br6.2 billion to Br4.9 billion. "Vitebskdrev" sold stored products worth Br1.5 billion. The enterprise "Vityaz" reduced its stocks by Br5.4 billion. Enterprises of the light industry - Orsha's "Svitanak" and Vitebsk fur factory - sold products from warehouses for almost Br1 billion each. At the same time, finished goods stocks continue to exceed normative indicators. According to statistics, as of August 1, their total value was estimated at Br620.6 billion.
