While for most children the last bell means parting with lessons and textbooks for three summer months, for 13 young men and women, this solemn ceremony marked the last in their school careers. The graduates entered the schoolyard in actual school uniforms – a tradition. Many heartfelt words of gratitude were expressed to teachers and parents. "Find yourselves in life, be brave and decent people" – with this parting message, the school principal Inna Chernichenko addressed the graduates.
Upon successful completion of final exams, Ulyana Rimsha and Anton Feduro may be eligible for gold medals, and 9th-grader Igor Peremotov – for a certificate of general basic education with honors.
Vladimir Terentyev congratulated the students and the teaching staff. He addressed the graduates with special words. Vladimir Vladimirovich noted that much is being done in the urban settlement of Obel under the Program for the Revival of Small Towns. The school, which has been significantly transformed, has also benefited from these positive changes.
