Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly Vladimir Andreichenko held a personal reception of citizens in Glubokoye
Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly Vladimir Andreichenko held a personal reception of citizens today at the Glubokoe District Executive Committee (Vitebsk region).
"I believe that, in principle, receptions of citizens with deputies visiting them are an important form of work and yield positive results. Suffice it to say that in the Glubokoe district alone, the number of complaints has decreased by 22% in six months. This is a very good indicator. It is especially good that the number of complaints regarding land management, land relations, and construction has decreased. However, the number of complaints regarding communal services has slightly increased. This needs attention," said Vladimir Andreichenko.
The Speaker noted that parliamentarians not only hold personal receptions but also visit work collectives, meet with citizens at their place of residence, and with young people. "Based on these meetings, I must say that the overall situation in the region is stable. The country is working at a normal pace, industrial and agricultural enterprises are operating, the harvest is being gathered in an organized manner, and wages are being paid. And, of course, people say that they want to live in a peaceful, stable, calm country and categorically reject the calls that lead to destabilization, and the sanctions imposed against Belarus," he said.
Vladimir Andreichenko recalled that the work of the Constitutional Commission had been completed. "We have already finished the first stage of introducing amendments and additions to the Constitution. Therefore, it is important for us that citizens also join this dialogue on amending the Constitution today. In the near future, we will meet with the head of state – some adjustments will be made. Then there will be a nationwide discussion. That is, the more proposals there are, the better," he emphasized. "The next point: of course, these receptions provide an opportunity to feel the pain points, the issues that require priority solutions. In the near future, the consideration of the budget for 2022 begins. Therefore, it is also very important for us to take into account these existing needs, possible shortcomings, and to react to something in the first place. Everything is done for the good of our people."
