Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Council of Ministers of Belarus

Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev is awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Council of Ministers of Belarus for many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, and a significant personal contribution to the development and implementation of the socio-economic policy of the Vitebsk region.

For many years of fruitful work, a significant personal contribution to the reconstruction and early commissioning of the facility "Reconstruction of the Polotsk overpass" in Vitebsk, General Director of the Directorate for Capital Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Veniamin Barsuk was honored with this award.

This is stipulated by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2020 No. 689.
