Representatives of the Vitebsk region became prize-winners of the republican competition of innovative projects
The finalists of the 9th season of the republican project "100 Ideas for Belarus", organized by the BRSM, received certificates for monetary funds for further commercialization of their results. Our compatriots were recognized in the nomination "Best Youth Innovative Project". Thus, second place was taken by undergraduates of the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies of VSU named after P.M. Masherov, lecturer of the Department of Applied and System Programming Diana Biryukova and Alexander Shidlovsky, who concurrently works as a software engineer at LACIT company with the project "Multifunctional Cane". Third place was won by students of the Center for Children and Youth of the Gluboksky district, methodologist Oksana Shpakova with the project "Lyalka.By".
This year, 71 applications were submitted for the competition, including 24 in the nomination "Best Innovative Project" and 47 in the nomination "Best Youth Innovative Project".
Diplomas of finalists of the competition from the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus were awarded to Associate Professor of the Department of Technology and Equipment for Oil and Gas Processing of PSU, Candidate of Technical Sciences Yulia Bulavka for the project "Composition against freezing and dusting of carbonaceous materials", as well as graduates of the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Academy of Communications Ilya Ivanov, Nikita Kudinov, Denis Susalko for the project "Gestobot".
We remind you that the State Committee on Science and Technology, with the participation of the Belarusian Innovation Fund, the Ministry of Education, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union", holds the Republican Competition of Innovative Projects.
The competition considers socially significant innovative projects with a detailed implementation (commercialization) strategy that align with the priority areas of scientific and technical activities in Belarus.
