The President of Belarus considered personnel issues. Appointments of chairpersons of the Polotsk, Tolochin, and Verkhnedvinsk district executive committees have been agreed upon.

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko considered personnel issues on December 26. The Head of State gave his consent to the appointment of:

Markovich Igor Ivanovich - Chairman of the Polotsk District Executive Committee;
Shilov Vasily Nikolaevich - Chairman of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee;
Lyndin Oleg Mikhailovich - Chairman of the Tolochin District Executive Committee;
Khrol Vyacheslav Vasilyevich - Member of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
