- As threats grow, we will take symmetrical measures and build up our combat power. I would like to ask: "Do not push us towards asymmetrical measures. We must be strong so that no one dares to bring us to our knees!
- I am absolutely confident that the time-tested allied relations with Russia will serve as an example of a peaceful and creative agenda. I would even say that the Union of the Russian Federation and Belarus has managed to anticipate today's tectonic shifts in all spheres. And now is precisely our time.
Our union building is a model of a union of sovereign peoples. And this model has chances for success and expansion of participants. I emphasize - no violence and no absorption.
