March 30, Minsk /Corr. BELTA/. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree on March 30, approving the dates for the XXXII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk".

The main events will be held from July 13 to 16, 2023.

To expand the audience, the decree provides for a visa-free entry regime to the Republic of Belarus for participants and guests of the festival from 73 states.

The pass for visa-free crossing of the State Border for foreign citizens will be an original or electronic ticket for the festival events held in the Summer Amphitheater or the Vitebsk Concert Hall. In this case, one original or electronic ticket allows for a single entry into the Republic of Belarus by one foreign citizen no later than the date of the event indicated on the ticket.

Taking into account the established practice of state support for the festival, the decree also provides for separate preferences for its organizers and participants.
