To resolve this issue, Anatoly Linevich instructed to conduct a site visit of all interested parties with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Transport.
"Any issue should be resolved within the legal framework with a focus on the individual, treating their problem as one's own. Therefore, all appeals are taken under control, sometimes requiring long-term solutions and the involvement of republican state bodies, in order to ultimately provide the applicant with an answer – positive or negative," stated Anatoly Linevich.
