"It is pleasant to hear the opinion of people who care about our country," said Anatoly Linevich during a citizen reception in Glubokoye
– We are peaceful people, this is stated in the anthem of our country, but the ongoing events make many doubt this, – noted Ivan Yakovlevich, a resident of the village of Derkovshchina. – I am a pensioner and I cannot remain silent. I am concerned that people are taking to the streets. At the same time, young mothers take their children with them, the presence of whom at such events I consider unacceptable. I want to express words of support for the President of Belarus, whom, like many others, I call Batka.
Anatoly Konstantinovich thanked Ivan Yakovlevich for the call and his active attitude towards the fate of the country.
– It is pleasant to hear the opinion of people who truly care about our country, – emphasized Anatoly Linevich. – When a person speaks sincerely, from the bottom of their heart, it is immediately audible. It is important to know the opinion of each person, including about the expediency of making changes to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
Galina Vasilyevna from Glubokoye addressed Anatoly Konstantinovich with two questions at once, which concern not only her, but also her neighbors. According to the woman, there are not enough containers for separate waste collection in the microdistrict of multi-story residential buildings near the dairy and canning plant. The director of the district housing and communal services enterprise, Sergey Kashmilo, who was present during the conversation, assured that additional containers would be installed near house No. 133 on Lenin Street in the near future.
As for the request to reopen a previously optimized kiosk of "Belsoyuzpechat" in this microdistrict, this issue can also be resolved. Not all residents of apartment buildings, especially the elderly, have the opportunity to frequently visit the city center to buy fresh periodicals. As an option, a proposal was made to organize mobile sales of newspapers and magazines or to equip a special corner in one of the nearby stores where anyone could find something to read in their leisure time.
– In my opinion, we should try to remove the word "optimization" from our vocabulary, – emphasized Anatoly Linevich. – When making a decision, it is important to think not only about maximizing profit but also about the convenience of citizens. There is a way out of any situation, and it is not always necessary to resort to extreme measures to find it.
A resident, Oleg Ippolitovich, during a phone conversation with Anatoly Konstantinovich, complained about the lack of sidewalks on Internatsionalnaya Street. Given the high intensity of truck traffic towards the industrial zone and passing buses, the issue of passenger safety, especially for schoolchildren, is becoming increasingly relevant.
By the way, this year 2 km of new sidewalks were laid in the district center. For next year, it is planned to start work, including on Internatsionalnaya Street. The roadway width should be at least 7 meters; it may be necessary to widen certain sections of the road. Specialists promise to thoroughly investigate this issue and take the necessary measures to improve safety.
A resident of the urban settlement Podsvilye appealed to the President's aide with a request for help in resolving a financial issue. A private company where he worked for about 8 months was slow to pay his wages on time. Law enforcement agencies will help to sort out this matter.
There was another phone call from the town, concerning the capital repair of one of the apartment buildings. A new roof is needed, the walls will be insulated, and a number of other important works will be carried out. For safety reasons, residents have left their apartments for the duration of the repairs, however, some are strongly requesting that the work be postponed until spring-summer of next year.
In turn, representatives of the local authorities emphasize that this concerns the allocation of budget funds. The project documentation will expire in April 2021, and subsequently, people will have to do it at their own expense.
Anatoly Linevich asked the Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee, Alexander Shubsky, to hold another meeting with the residents of the building, to hear their arguments, including those concerning the possibility of installing an electric heating system, and to discuss important aspects of the current situation. Anatoly Konstantinovich promised to take this issue, like all others raised that day, under special control.
During breaks between incoming phone calls, Anatoly Linevich and Alexander Shubsky discussed the main aspects of the socio-economic development of the district, the prospects for building a new school in the city, and the active development of a residential microdistrict on the outskirts of Glubokoye. And, of course, the conversation turned to agriculture, in particular, the timing of sowing winter crops, harvesting hay for the winter stall period for livestock, and the development of animal husbandry and crop production.
A kind of continuation of the conversation was the appeal of the head of a farm in the Glubokoye district, who came to the reception of the President's aide. Sergey Konstantinovich has been successfully growing vegetables for over 10 years. Cabbage brings the greatest revenue. Currently, he rents about 130 hectares of agricultural land, but this is extremely insufficient for crop rotation.
This year, the farmer is completing the reconstruction of a vegetable storage facility, for which he has adapted a disused building. The lands allocated to him are located about 10 km away. Transporting the grown produce by tractor in containers takes a lot of time and fuel. Sergey Konstantinovich would like to lease the lands adjacent to the storage facility, which cover an area of over 100 hectares. He promises to use them intensively.
The management of the state enterprise "Ozertsy" motivated its refusal by the fact that, considering the increase in the cattle population by 400 heads, the farm has been trying to rationally use every field for the last two years; moreover, it sows some agricultural crops on the lands of a neighboring enterprise. This particular plot was used to grow rye this year, with a yield of 54 centners per hectare.
– Granting land for lease is the right of the agricultural enterprise, the final decision is made by the executive committee, – emphasized Anatoly Linevich. – The issue has been taken under control, district specialists will study it, taking into account the prepared brief business plan for the development of the farm and the most rational use of the lands transferred for lease.
Valentina Maryanovna also came to Anatoly Konstantinovich's reception. Previously, she worked as the chairman of the trade union committee of one of the district's agricultural enterprises, which was reorganized at the time. Due to this, seven years of her work experience were lost. The only option in this situation is to resolve the issue in court. Anatoly Linevich asked the specialists of the pension department of the department for labor, employment, and social protection to provide the necessary assistance in preparing documents for applying to the court.
Another appeal was received concerning the resolution of a land issue that arose many years ago in one of the villages of the district. The stumbling block was the boundaries of the land plots of two neighbors. The issue has been taken under control and transferred for consideration by the relevant structures.
After the reception of citizens, Anatoly Linevich and Alexander Shubsky visited one of the production workshops of the Glubokoye Condensed Milk Plant, and discussed further development prospects with the enterprise's management. Anatoly Konstantinovich also familiarized himself with the work of the district's housing and communal services enterprise.
