Sellers from the Vitebsk region are among the best in the republic
Representatives of Vitebsk Obldpotrebsoyuz took prize-winning places in the republican competition "Best in Profession" among sellers of food and non-food goods of consumer cooperative stores. The professional competition took place in the last days of November in the Grodno region, in the city of Mosty. 24 young sellers from different regions of the republic took part in it, the average age is 26 years. All are winners of district and regional competitions. For two days, the contestants demonstrated knowledge of the basic rules of trade and terminology, professional training, ability to work with customers, practical skills of trade service using cash registers.
Following the competition, the jury determined the winners. Three representatives from our region were among them. Irina Gavrilenko, a seller of food products at UP "Polotsk Universal Base", was awarded a Diploma of Belkoopsoyuz and the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Consumer Cooperation of the III degree and a commemorative gift. Her colleagues, sellers of non-food products Olga Lednik from Glubokskoye Raipo and Olga Buterova from UP "Chashnikskaya Inter-district Base", took third place in the nominations "For the best advertising of goods" and "For a high level of customer service". In addition, Olga received the audience award.
Elena Lellet, a seller of food products at Postavskoye Raipo, was awarded a commemorative gift.
