Ticket sales for the XX Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" begin on May 13

Ticket sales for the concerts of the jubilee XX International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" will begin on May 13, the "Vitebsk" Center for Culture informed a BELTA correspondent. Traditionally, the highest ticket prices – from Br160 thousand to Br450 thousand – will be for the solemn opening concert of the festival, which will take place on July 8. For the minimum price of Br10 thousand this year, you can attend concerts by Ukrainian artists and the second day of the "Vitebsk-2011" pop song performers' competition. A solo concert in the Summer Amphitheater will cost from Br25 thousand to Br100 thousand. The most expensive tickets will be for the performances of chanson stars Elena Vaenga, Lyubov Uspenskaya, as well as the jubilee concert of "Khor Turetskogo" with the participation of the art group "Soprano 10". The price range for solo concerts of female favorites Nikolai Baskov, Valery Leontiev, and Valery Meladze will be from Br30 thousand to Br80 thousand. You can purchase a coveted ticket for cash at one of the five city ticket offices from 10 a.m. In addition, for the first time, tickets will be sold online through the company Ticketpro, which has been operating in the ticket distribution market for various events in 17 countries worldwide, including Belarus, since 1992. The coincidence of the ticket sales start with the "Friday the 13th" date, which is considered demonic by many, does not bother the festival's directorate.
