Interview with Natalia Dailidenok: A Professional Perspective on Engineering Solutions

— Natalia Viktorovna, could you tell us how your professional career began?

— My journey in business began in 2018 when my husband and I founded our company. At that time, we already had experience in planning, economics, and engineering and construction activities, and we saw the need to create a company that would professionally engage in the inspection of building structures of buildings and facilities.

— What are the main services your company provides?

— We conduct comprehensive inspections of buildings and facilities, provide consultations on reconstruction, modernization, and major repairs. An important area of our work is the legalization of unauthorized constructions and the development of recommendations for their safe operation. Additionally, we participate in the restoration of architectural monuments, providing consultations at each stage of the work.

— What challenges arise in your field of activity?

— One of the challenges is the need for continuous improvement of inspection methods and the implementation of new technologies. It is also important to consider all changes in legislation and technical regulations, as all responsibility for the safe operation of buildings and facilities after their inspection falls on us. It is no less difficult to convey the importance of the safety of the inspected facility to the building owner. However, we successfully cope with these challenges thanks to our team of professionals.

— Your company employs 11 specialists. How do you manage to maintain a high level of professionalism?

— We regularly train our employees, implement modern inspection technologies, and keep track of new standards in the engineering field. Our specialists are people who genuinely love their work and strive for professional growth and self-improvement.

— Besides business, you are a mother of many children. How do you manage to combine work and family?

— Of course, it's not easy, but good planning and the support of loved ones help. I have six children, two of whom are already adults. I try to devote time to each of them while developing my family business. At the same time, the older children have not stayed aside to date and are helping to develop our business by working with us at the enterprise.

— What are your plans for the future?

— We continue to expand our range of services, implement new technologies for the inspection of buildings and structures, and are ready to implement even larger-scale projects. In the near future, we plan to increase the staff of inspection specialists, create a design department, and also open a new enterprise in the field of agroecotourism.
