Olga Mikhailovna Beresneva began her entrepreneurial journey in 2019, becoming the owner of a legal company in Polotsk, offering a wide range of services for entrepreneurs, legal entities, and citizens. Later, in 2023, Olga Mikhailovna also registered as an individual entrepreneur, which allowed her to expand the scope of her activities and provide legal services on even more flexible terms.
The main focus of her activity is providing legal support to businesses and individuals. Key services include: consulting on business creation and management; accounting services; personnel record keeping; legal assistance to entrepreneurs, companies, and citizens.
Currently, her organization employs three staff members who ensure a professional approach to each client.
In addition to actively running her business, Olga Mikhailovna is a mother of four children. Her ability to balance professional development and family life makes her an example of a successful woman who builds a career while maintaining family harmony.

Interview with Beresneva Olga Mikhailovna: Legal Support for Business and Citizens
— Olga Mikhailovna, what prompted you to start your own business?
— For many years, I have worked in the legal field and have seen the difficulties entrepreneurs face. I wanted to provide legal services to businesses and citizens, and since 2019, I have headed a law firm in Polotsk, becoming its owner, and I continue to develop this business to this day. In 2021, an additional area emerged in my business – accounting services.
— In 2023, you also registered as an individual entrepreneur. What led you to this?
— This allowed me to expand the range of services and work with clients in a more flexible format, and most importantly, it gave me the opportunity to continue providing legal services. Now I can provide not only legal support for businesses but also advise citizens on various legal issues related to starting a business.
— What services are most in demand among your clients?
— First of all, these are consultations on starting and running a business, as well as accounting support and personnel record keeping. In addition, we help entrepreneurs solve legal issues related to their activities.
— Your team consists of three people. How do you manage to maintain a high level of professionalism?
— We are constantly improving, learning, and keeping up with changes in legislation. The quality of services is always our priority, as legal and accounting support must be accurate and timely.
— In addition to your business, you are also a mother of many children. How do you manage to combine work and family?
— It requires discipline and good planning. Family is a huge support for me, and I try to find a balance between my professional and personal life.
— What are your plans for the future?
— I want to continue developing my legal practice, expanding my client base, and introducing new areas of work. My goal is to make legal assistance even more accessible and effective for everyone who needs it.
