The draft of the updated Constitution of Belarus is now available as an audio recording
To allow as many Belarusian citizens as possible to familiarize themselves with the draft of the updated Constitution, it was decided to create an audio version. This step will enable visually impaired Belarusians to actively participate in the discussion of the country's Basic Law.
The audio recording project was developed by a team from the First National Channel of Belarusian Radio. It took presenters Pavel Lazovik and Nadezhda Lysenko 2 hours to read all 49 pages of the text. The draft includes 148 articles. All amendments begin with the preamble.
The audio version of the draft of the updated Constitution of Belarus is available on the websites of the President of Belarus and the BELTA news agency.
