This was announced today at an on-site meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee in Dubrovno by the chairman of the regional executive committee, Alexander Kosinets, reports BELTA correspondent. The program is designed to ensure an increase in the processing of secondary material resources and the organization of separate waste collection in Vitebsk, Polotsk, Orsha, and Novopolotsk. The project also provides for the construction of a waste processing plant in the regional center with the participation of a foreign investor and the involvement of foreign partners in the construction of a facility for the degassing of a solid waste landfill.-0-
