The production site on Oktyabrskaya Street in Vitebsk was sold at auction for over 300,000 rubles

The most expensive unused state property object sold since the beginning of this year is a production site located at Oktyabrskaya Street, 3 in the city of Vitebsk.

The site includes an administrative building, workshops, a mixing unit, warehouses, garages ‒ a total of 14 capital structures located on a land plot with an area of over one hectare.

Previously, the repair and construction department of the city of Vitebsk was located here. After its bankruptcy in 2019, these facilities have been put up for auction 13 times.

As a result, in February, the production site was sold to an investor from Minsk for 317 thousand rubles at electronic auction. After reconstruction, it is possible to accommodate public facilities here.

In total, by the end of February and March, the committee offers 100 unused state property objects for sale.

Among the largest objects offered are the buildings of the former "KIM" factory, located in Vitebsk at Gorky Street, 42.

For example, the main production building with an area of over 10 thousand square meters, a dyeing building with a five-story extension, and an air conditioning unit building are offered. All objects are offered with a 50% reduction in the initial sale price.

In the future, it is possible to locate enterprises of all industrial sectors and public service facilities here.

At the beginning of this year, the committee conducted 6 successful auctions. The state budget was replenished by 367.5 thousand rubles.
