The wine production facility was launched on the basis of the former Polotsk winery
At the new production and trade unitary enterprise "Vinnym master" in Polotsk, the production of goods has commenced.
The solemn opening of the production was attended by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, the leadership of the Polotsk district, Belkoopsoyuz, and the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Society, which is the founder of PTUP "Vinnym master". After cutting the red ribbon, the distinguished guests pressed the symbolic button to launch production, toured the bottling workshop, and discussed the enterprise's development directions. In particular, emphasis was placed on issues of pricing policy, product sales, and quality.
Thus, Polotsk winemakers have begun implementing a project to organize the production process for alcoholic beverages at the facility of the former "Polotsk Winery". The enterprise, which has been transferred the main assets – real estate and equipment of the former winery – plans to create about 80 jobs, with over 50 employees already hired. According to preliminary estimates, as production volumes increase and new types of products are mastered, the amount of tax payments to the budget will be at least 3.5 million rubles per year.
