The Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office organized a series of training seminars on the study of current criminal and criminal procedure legislation

The starting point of the seminar constellation was the city of Vitebsk. A joint seminar was held at the USC of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk region.

Prosecution officers and investigators from the regional departments, as well as from the city of Vitebsk, Gorodok, Liozno, Beshenkovichi, Shumilino, and Vitebsk districts, and the Vitebsk transport prosecutor's office took part in the training event.

The purpose of the seminar: to prevent errors in the law enforcement activities of the prosecution and investigation bodies.

During the training event, prosecutors and investigators studied in detail the innovations in the criminal law sphere, discussed problematic issues of applying the law in qualifying crimes, investigating criminal cases, supporting state prosecution in court, and implementing other supervisory functions of the prosecutor's office.

Taking into account the zonal principle, similar training seminars will be held in three major regions of the Vitebsk region.
