Industrialists of the Moscow region are ready to develop cooperation with Belarusian partners
Industrialists of the Moscow region are interested in developing cooperation with Belarusian partners in mechanical engineering and dairy production. This was announced by Vladimir Kozyrev, General Director of the Moscow Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Regional Association of Employers), who is taking part in the VII International Economic Forum in Vitebsk.
The interest of Moscow manufacturers in cooperation in the field of dairy production is due to the fact that similar products from Belarus are popular in Russia. "Our companies are still a bit behind our Belarusian colleagues in terms of technologies and a number of other aspects, so this area is potentially interesting for cooperation," noted Vladimir Kozyrev.
In addition, industrialists of the Moscow region are ready to offer cooperation in mechanical engineering, in particular, in the production of equipment for agriculture, construction, special machines and mechanisms. Moreover, for this, it is sometimes only necessary to restore the cooperative ties established during the USSR, believes Vladimir Kozyrev. This will be facilitated by the cooperation agreement signed at the international economic forum between the Vitebsk Regional Union of Employers and the Moscow Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Commenting on the document, Vladimir Kozyrev explained that the partner associations of employers intend to establish an exchange of information and experience, create conditions for establishing partnerships between manufacturers of the regions, building interaction on an industry-specific basis.
"This is my first time visiting the investment forum in Vitebsk, so I hope to find local manufacturers on this platform who can become potential partners for the members of our association," said Vladimir Kozyrev.
In addition, he is ready to adopt and use interesting aspects in the organization of the Vitebsk forum when holding the Day of Industrialists of the Moscow Region on July 6, to which members of the Vitebsk Regional Union of Employers have been invited. The event will be attended by
heads of the largest industrial enterprises of the region, representatives of the banking sector, expert and scientific communities, investors implementing projects in the territory of the Moscow region.
"We have something to learn from each other and be mutually beneficial," - is confident Vladimir Kozyrev. The VII International Economic Forum is taking place today in Vitebsk with the participation of delegations from 14 countries. The investment potential of all districts of the region is presented to the attention of guests and participants. The organizers are the Vitebsk Regional and City Executive Committees, the Vitebsk Regional Marketing Center, and the administration of the "Vitebsk" free economic zone.
