A call for proposals to amend the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is being conducted

The Constitutional Commission, established in accordance with Decree of the Head of State of March 15, 2021 No. 105, is collecting proposals from citizens on amending the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. 

Proposals should be sent to the National Center of Legal Information: 

·        by e-mail to sbor@ncpi.gov.by;

·        in writing to the address: 1a, Berson St., Minsk, 220030, NCPI, marked "Constitution". 

The submitted proposals will be summarized, systematized, and transferred to the Constitutional Commission for consideration.

Proposals sent to the NCPI are not subject to consideration in the manner prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities".
