Vacant houses in the Horadok district are ready to be transferred free of charge
During the development of the plan to prepare the district for the "Dazhynki" rural workers' festival, a decision was made not to demolish abandoned houses in the villages, but to give those who wish the opportunity to receive housing for free, especially large families, low-income individuals, and other social categories of citizens. The Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Kosinets, repeatedly emphasized this. In his opinion, this decision will help people with their housing issues and will allow for the revival of rural settlements.
As reported by the director of the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" fund, Mikhail Pavlyuchkov, a list of such houses is already available and can be found on the websites of the fund and the Gorodok District Executive Committee. Over 90 single-family and multi-family houses are offered in the villages of Palminka, Gazba, Polovo, Zaykovo, Khmelnik, Kudiny, Zhukovo, Khvoshno, and others. Among them are relatively recently built houses, for example, commissioned in 2002.
In addition to residential buildings, structures of state and private ownership are offered, which investors can use to organize their activities. The terms for their transfer for gratuitous use, sale, or lease can also be found on the specified internet resources.
