The Vitebskenergo Settlement and Cash Center opened in Braslav

A new cash and settlement center of RUP "Vitebskenergo" has started operating in Braslav on the eve of the regional holiday for agricultural workers "Dazhynki", the enterprise reported.

"The opening of the center is a continuation of Belenergo's policy to improve the quality of service for individuals and legal entities," Vitebskenergo noted. This ensures the accessibility of connection to the energy system's power grids, the transparency of the parties' relations under energy supply agreements, and the implementation of information technologies.

The new cash and settlement center meets modern standards for receiving visitors. Areas have been organized where one can clarify calculations for electric energy under their contract, conclude and re-register an electricity supply agreement. A video panel and an information terminal have been installed in the visitor service hall, with the help of which a subscriber can independently view all information using their personal account number. In addition, the opportunity to rate the quality of services provided has been given.

With the opening of the facility, three divisions of the energy system ("Electric Grids", "Energosbyt" and "Gosenergo-nadzor") are now within walking distance of each other, which allows for prompt work with clients. The service area of the cash and settlement center in Braslav covers more than 16,000 consumers and 593 settlements.
