"The development of the Orsha region is closely linked to the creation of the multimodal industrial and logistics complex "Bremimo-Orsha". This project will breathe new life into the Orsha district: a powerful industrial and logistics center with all the accompanying infrastructure will be created here," emphasized the chairman of the regional executive committee.
Nikolai Sherstnev noted the enormous significance of the project for the Vitebsk region and the country. "Much has already been said about what this project will bring: new jobs, new industries, tax generation. I think the residents of the district do not yet fully understand all the prospects that will open up here in two to three years," added the governor.
An automotive logistics terminal has been opened today in the Orsha district, which is the first phase of the investment project for the construction of the multimodal industrial and logistics complex "Bremimo-Orsha" in the village of Bolbasovo. The facilities of the first phase, located on a plot of 10 hectares, include an access road from the R76 highway with a length of 1.85 km, a Class A warehouse with a total area of about 13 thousand sq.m, an administrative and amenity building (area 2.6 thousand sq.m), parking for trucks for 212 vehicles and for cars for 30 vehicles, as well as engineering infrastructure facilities and networks.
The construction was financed by the own funds of LLC "Bremimo Group" and attracted
foreign credit line. The total investment in the construction amounted to Br40 million. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of local authorities, government bodies and businesses, and the management of the "Bremeno Group" company.
