The development of subcontracting between large enterprises and small businesses will be one of the main topics of the III International Economic Forum "Your Business", which will be held on November 24 in Vitebsk. Lyudmila Prokofieva, Director of the Vitebsk Regional Marketing Center, a communal consulting unitary enterprise, told a BELTA correspondent about this. The "Your Business" exhibition project was created and is developing as a platform for business communication, where modern business organization and management technologies, as well as promising solutions in management and marketing, are presented. This year, representatives of diplomatic missions and business structures from Germany, Slovakia, Russia, and Ukraine have shown interest in the event. The main goal of the forum is to increase the receptiveness of regional business leaders to new methods of effective management, and to promote modern business tools, investment projects, and promising business ideas. In addition, holding such an event in the regional center contributes to the intensification of interaction between domestic and foreign enterprises and business associations, including their investment cooperation. In the business program of the third forum, the organizers decided to focus on the development of subcontracting as one of the most relevant forms of production organization for the Vitebsk region. For the first time during the event, a subcontracting exchange will be held, with about 20 large enterprises from the region and Minsk having already announced their participation with ready-made proposals for small businesses to develop cooperative ties. Another new feature of the forum will be a business ideas exchange, which will include presentations of marketing research on the resource potential and promising development directions of business in rural areas of the Vitebsk region, investment proposals from the regions, as well as property complexes, real estate objects, and ready-made businesses planned for sale in the region. Traditionally, during the forum, business entities will present their products and solutions for a wide range of business services at a specialized exhibition. The educational program of the forum includes four seminars on business fundamentals and entrepreneurship support, modern marketing and management technologies, and the application of information technologies to enhance competitive advantages in a market economy. Representatives of well-known enterprises, consulting and legal firms, higher education institutions, and business associations will speak to the participants. The main target audience of the project is enterprise managers, businessmen interested in increasing the competitiveness of their business, including through the implementation of modern management solutions, as well as novice entrepreneurs, Lyudmila Prokofieva noted. The organizers of the economic forum are the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the Vitebsk Regional Marketing Center, a communal consulting unitary enterprise, and the Vitebsk State Technological University. -0-
