The reconstruction of the international road checkpoint "Grigorovshchina", located in the Verkhnedvinsk district, will be completed in the fourth quarter of the current year.

According to Denis Glebko, assistant to the head of the Polotsk Border Guard Detachment for media relations, after the renovation, the throughput of the "Grigorovshchina" checkpoint will increase from 270 to 1000 vehicles per day, including 400 trucks, 580 passenger cars, and 20 buses, and the border crossing time will be reduced.

As a result, infrastructure that meets international requirements will be created in the context of the development of the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space.
