The program includes the reconstruction of crossing the Western Dvina River by boats, the Red Army soldiers capturing the bank, battles and firefights using pyrotechnic devices. About 60 reenactors from Belarus and Russia will take part in the reenactment of those years' events. Interactive platforms and photo zones will be organized for residents during the event.

At the "Uzhrechye" memorial complex in the village of the same name, there is a monument and a mass grave where more than 200 Red Army soldiers who died during the liberation of the Beshenkovichi district are buried. Among them are eight Heroes of the Soviet Union. It is expected that on June 26, relatives of the fallen soldiers buried in the memorial will come to the solemn events. The organizers of the reconstruction are the Vitebsk Regional Public Association of Military Historical Reconstruction "Comrades in Arms" and the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee.
