Decisions of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly will significantly improve the quality of life - G. Vasilevich

December 10, Vitebsk / Sergei Kochetov - BELTA /. The decisions of the IV All-Belarusian People's Congress will significantly improve the quality of life of the country's population. This opinion was expressed today to journalists by Prosecutor General Grigory Vasilievich, BELTA correspondent reports. In Vitebsk, the Prosecutor General is taking part in the international scientific and practical conference "Legal Culture as a Condition for the Formation of a Rule-of-Law State", which is being held at Vitebsk State University named after P. Masherov. According to the Prosecutor General, the most important areas of activity for the next five-year period include issues of protecting family, motherhood and childhood, developing healthcare and education, increasing the real incomes of the population, and improving the overall comfort of life. "It is precisely these components, which ensure citizens' satisfaction with the quality of life and the development of the socio-economic sphere, that President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko drew attention to in his speech at the IV All-Belarusian People's Congress," Grigory Vasilievich emphasized. To achieve the outlined goals, unity of the entire society and hard work are necessary, and then the result will be achieved, he is confident. Confidence in solving the set tasks is also added by the results of the preceding five-year periods, during which almost all socio-economic development indicators were fulfilled. "Belarus as a state is developing very dynamically, outpacing neighboring countries in most indicators due to the organization, diligence, and responsibility of Belarusians," Grigory Vasilievich believes. In his conviction, this responsibility should be mutual - both of the state and the citizen. Public service in Belarus is transforming into a service that works for the people and ensures their interests, he added. -0-
